坐 + vehicle — taking a form of transportation
坐 means 'to sit,' but with a vehicle it means 'to take/ride': 坐火车 = to take the train.

几点 — asking what time
几点 means 'what time.' Put it after 是 to ask about a time: 火车是几点?= What time is the train?
