刷牙洗脸 Morning Habits

我wǒ以前yǐqián每天měi tiān早上zǎoshang七点半qī diǎn bàn才cái起床qǐchuáng，总是zǒngshì很hěn着急zháojí。

I used to get up at seven thirty every morning, and I was always in a hurry.

我wǒ常常chángcháng一边yìbiān刷牙shuāyá，一边yìbiān找zhǎo衣服yīfu，有时候yǒu shíhou忘了wàng le洗脸xǐliǎn就jiù出门chūmén了le。

I often looked for clothes while brushing my teeth, and sometimes I went out the door having forgotten to wash my face.

上个月shàng ge yuè开始kāishǐ，我wǒ让ràng自己zìjǐ六点五十liù diǎn wǔshí起床qǐchuáng。

Starting last month, I made myself get up at six fifty.

现在xiànzài我wǒ先xiān刷牙shuāyá、洗脸xǐliǎn，然后ránhòu安静ānjìng地de吃chī早饭zǎofàn，喝hē一杯yì bēi热rè牛奶niúnǎi。

Now I first brush my teeth and wash my face, then quietly eat breakfast and drink a cup of hot milk.

吃完chīwán饭fàn，我wǒ还hái有yǒu时间shíjiān看kàn一会儿yíhuìr新闻xīnwén。

After finishing my meal, I even have time to watch the news for a while.

现在xiànzài这zhè已经yǐjīng变成biànchéng了le我wǒ的de习惯xíguàn，我wǒ早上zǎoshang再zài也yě不bù着急zháojí了le。

Now this has become my habit, and I'm never in a hurry in the morning any more.

没想到méi xiǎngdào，早zǎo起qǐ四十sìshí分钟fēnzhōng，我wǒ的de一天yì tiān都dōu不一样bù yíyàng了le。

Who knew that getting up forty minutes earlier would make my whole day different.
