一 + verb1 + 就 + verb2
一…就… means 'as soon as A happens, B happens' — the second action follows the first immediately, e.g. 我一到家就给你打电话.
我一起床就觉得头疼。 — As soon as I got up, my head hurt.
先……,然后……
先…然后… lays out steps in order: 'first ..., then ...'. Each part is a full verb phrase, e.g. 先做检查,然后拿药.
他让我先吃三天药,然后在家好好休息。 — He told me to take medicine for three days first, then rest well at home.
A 比 B + adjective + 多了
比 compares two things; adding 多了 after the adjective means 'much (more) ...', a big difference, e.g. 今天比昨天冷多了.
