找zhǎo工作gōngzuò的de时候shíhou，面试miànshì常常chángcháng比bǐ简历jiǎnlì更gèng重要zhòngyào。

When looking for a job, the interview is often more important than the resume.

很多hěn duō人rén能力nénglì不错búcuò，却què因为yīnwèi太tài紧张jǐnzhāng，面试miànshì的de时候shíhou一yí句jù话huà也yě说shuō不好bù hǎo。

Many people are quite capable, yet because they get too nervous, they can't get a single sentence out well in the interview.

其实qíshí，面试miànshì是shì有yǒu技巧jìqiǎo的de。

Actually, there are techniques to interviewing.

首先shǒuxiān，去qù之前zhīqián要yào了解liǎojiě这zhè家jiā公司gōngsī，知道zhīdào他们tāmen需要xūyào什么样shénmeyàng的de人rén。

First, before you go, learn about the company and find out what kind of person they need.

其次qícì，回答huídá问题wèntí的de时候shíhou，不要búyào只zhǐ说shuō“我wǒ很hěn努力nǔlì”，最好zuìhǎo举jǔ一yí个ge真实zhēnshí的de例子lìzi。

Second, when answering questions, don't just say "I work very hard" — it's best to give a real example.

另外lìngwài，穿chuān得de干净gānjìng一点儿yìdiǎnr，早zǎo到dào十shí分钟fēnzhōng，这些zhèxiē小事xiǎoshì都dōu会huì给gěi人rén好hǎo印象yìnxiàng。

In addition, dress neatly and arrive ten minutes early — these small things all leave a good impression.

最后zuìhòu别bié忘wàng了le：面试miànshì不仅bùjǐn是shì公司gōngsī在zài选xuǎn你nǐ，而且érqiě是shì你nǐ在zài选xuǎn公司gōngsī。

Finally, don't forget: an interview is not only the company choosing you, but also you choosing the company.
