今年多大 — how old are you this year
今年 (this year) plus 多大 (how big/old) is a common way to ask an adult's age.
你今年多大? — How old are you this year?
数字 + 岁 — number + years old
Put a number directly before 岁 to state an age; no verb is needed.
我今年二十岁。 — I am twenty years old this year.
大 / 小 — older / younger
大 and 小 can describe age directly, without a comparison word, when comparing two people already mentioned.
她大,我小。 — She is older, I am younger.
