朋友péngyou说shuō：“你nǐ今年jīnnián多大duōdà？”

My friend says, "How old are you this year?"

我wǒ说shuō：“我wǒ今年jīnnián二十èrshí岁suì。”

I say, "I am twenty years old this year."

今年 (this year) plus 多大 (how big/old) is a common way to ask an adult's age.

你今年多大？ — How old are you this year?

数字 + 岁 — number + years old

Put a number directly before 岁 to state an age; no verb is needed.

我今年二十岁。 — I am twenty years old this year.

大 / 小 — older / younger

大 and 小 can describe age directly, without a comparison word, when comparing two people already mentioned.
