昨天zuótiān早上zǎoshang，我wǒ的de朋友péngyou生病shēngbìng了le，不bù能néng起床qǐchuáng。

Yesterday morning my friend got sick and couldn't get out of bed.

她tā给gěi我wǒ打电话dǎ diànhuà，让ràng我wǒ帮助bāngzhù她tā。

She called me and asked me to help her.

我wǒ去qù商店shāngdiàn给gěi她tā买mǎi了le药yào和hé水果shuǐguǒ。

I went to the shop and bought her medicine and fruit.

我wǒ还hái给gěi她tā做zuò了le面条miàntiáo和hé鸡蛋jīdàn。

I also made her noodles and eggs.

朋友péngyou吃chī了le药yào，休息xiūxi了le一天yì tiān，现在xiànzài好多了hǎo duō le。

My friend took the medicine, rested for a day, and is now much better.

她tā笑xiào着zhe对duì我wǒ说shuō：“谢谢xièxie你nǐ！”我wǒ觉得juéde帮助bāngzhù别人biérén真zhēn快乐kuàilè。

She smiled and said to me, "Thank you!" I feel that helping others is a real joy.
