昨天zuótiān晚上wǎnshang，我wǒ觉得juéde身体shēntǐ很hěn不bù舒服shūfu，可能kěnéng是shì生病shēngbìng了le。

Last night I felt really unwell — maybe I was getting sick.

今天jīntiān早上zǎoshang我wǒ没méi去qù上班shàngbān，去qù了le医院yīyuàn。

This morning I didn't go to work; I went to the hospital.

医生yīshēng问wèn我wǒ：“你nǐ怎么zěnme了le？”

The doctor asked me, "What's wrong?"

I said, "I have a headache, and I've got a fever too."
