每天měitiān早上zǎoshang，我wǒ都dōu喝hē一杯yì bēi牛奶niúnǎi，吃chī一个yí ge鸡蛋jīdàn。

Every morning, I drink a cup of milk and eat an egg.

妈妈māma说shuō，牛奶niúnǎi和hé鸡蛋jīdàn对duì身体shēntǐ很hěn好hǎo。

Mom says milk and eggs are very good for your health.

以前yǐqián我wǒ不bù喜欢xǐhuan喝hē牛奶niúnǎi，觉得juéde牛奶niúnǎi不bù好喝hǎohē。

Before, I didn't like drinking milk — I thought it didn't taste good.
