暑假shǔjià快kuài到了dàole，我wǒ和hé朋友péngyou一直yìzhí在zài讨论tǎolùn假期jiàqī计划jìhuà。

Summer vacation is coming soon, and my friend and I have been discussing our holiday plans.

我wǒ想xiǎng去qù南方nánfāng看kàn海hǎi，因为yīnwèi北方běifāng的de夏天xiàtiān太tài热rè了le。

I want to go south to see the ocean, because summer in the north is too hot.

朋友péngyou觉得juéde旅行lǚxíng太tài累lèi，他tā更gèng喜欢xǐhuan在家zài jiā看书kàn shū、睡懒觉shuì lǎnjiào。

My friend thinks traveling is too tiring — he prefers staying home to read and sleep in.

我们wǒmen两个人liǎng ge rén的de想法xiǎngfǎ完全wánquán不一样bù yíyàng，谁shéi也yě说服shuōfú不了bùliǎo谁shéi。

Our ideas are completely different, and neither of us can persuade the other.

Before leaving, I arranged all my work so that I could rest with peace of mind.

我wǒ觉得juéde，无论wúlùn假期jiàqī怎么zěnme过guò，重要zhòngyào的de是shì让ràng自己zìjǐ真正zhēnzhèng放松fàngsōng下来xiàlái。

I think that no matter how you spend a vacation, what matters most is truly letting yourself relax.
