现在xiànzài，手机shǒujī已经yǐjīng成为chéngwéi我们wǒmen生活shēnghuó中zhōng最zuì重要zhòngyào的de东西dōngxi之一zhī yī。

Nowadays, the phone has become one of the most important things in our lives.

我们wǒmen用yòng手机shǒujī聊天liáotiān、购物gòuwù、看kàn新闻xīnwén，甚至shènzhì工作gōngzuò。

We use our phones to chat, shop, read the news — even to work.

但是dànshì，越来越yuè lái yuè多duō的de人rén发现fāxiàn自己zìjǐ离不开lí bu kāi手机shǒujī了le。

But more and more people find they can't live without their phones.

吃饭chīfàn的时候de shíhou看kàn手机shǒujī，睡觉shuìjiào以前yǐqián也yě要yào看kàn手机shǒujī。

They look at their phones while eating, and again before going to sleep.
