新年xīnnián要yào到dào了le，大家dàjiā都dōu很hěn高兴gāoxìng。

The New Year is almost here, and everyone is very happy.

每měi年nián新年xīnnián，我wǒ都dōu回家huíjiā看kàn爸爸bàba妈妈māma。

Every New Year, I go home to visit my mom and dad.

今年jīnnián我wǒ给gěi他们tāmen买mǎi了le茶chá和hé衣服yīfu，还有háiyǒu一些yìxiē水果shuǐguǒ。

This year I bought them tea and clothes, and also some fruit.

妈妈māma做zuò了le很多hěn duō好吃hǎochī的de菜cài，我们wǒmen都dōu吃chī得de很hěn高兴gāoxìng。

Mom made lots of delicious dishes, and we all ate happily.

爸爸bàba对duì我wǒ说shuō：“祝zhù你nǐ新年xīnnián快乐kuàilè，工作gōngzuò好hǎo，身体shēntǐ好hǎo！”

Dad said to me: "Happy New Year — may your work go well and your health be good!"

我wǒ说shuō：“也yě祝zhù你们nǐmen新年xīnnián快乐kuàilè！希望xīwàng你们nǐmen每měi天tiān都dōu高兴gāoxìng！”

I said: "Happy New Year to you too! I hope you're happy every single day!"

新年xīnnián的de时候shíhou，和hé爸爸bàba妈妈māma在zài一起yìqǐ，我wǒ觉得juéde最zuì快乐kuàilè。
