星期天xīngqītiān，我wǒ去qù朋友péngyou家jiā吃chī饭fàn。

On Sunday, I went to my friend's house to eat.

朋友péngyou做zuò了le鱼yú，还hái有yǒu面条miàntiáo。

My friend made fish, and also noodles.

我wǒ先xiān吃chī了le一yí块kuài鱼yú，朋友péngyou问wèn我wǒ：“怎么样zěnmeyàng？”

I first ate a piece of fish, and my friend asked me: "How is it?"

我wǒ说shuō：“很hěn好吃hǎochī！”

I said: "Very delicious!"

我wǒ又yòu吃chī了le面条miàntiáo，觉得juéde有点儿yǒudiǎnr辣là。

I then ate the noodles, and thought they were a little spicy.

朋友péngyou问wèn：“面条miàntiáo好吃hǎochī吗ma？”

My friend asked: "Are the noodles good?"

我wǒ说shuō：“面条miàntiáo一般yìbān，鱼yú更gèng好吃hǎochī。”

I said: "The noodles are so-so — the fish is better."
