网购退货 Returning an Online Purchase in Chinese

上shàng周zhōu，我wǒ在zài网上wǎngshàng买mǎi了le一件yí jiàn大衣dàyī。

Last week, I bought a coat online.

照片zhàopiàn上shàng的de颜色yánsè很hěn好看hǎokàn，可是kěshì大衣dàyī到dào了le以后yǐhòu，颜色yánsè跟gēn照片zhàopiàn完全wánquán不一样bù yíyàng。

The color in the photo looked great, but after the coat arrived, the color was completely different from the photo.

而且érqiě尺码chǐmǎ也yě有点儿yǒudiǎnr小xiǎo，我wǒ穿chuān上shàng以后yǐhòu觉得juéde很hěn不舒服bù shūfu。

Moreover, the size was also a little small, and it felt very uncomfortable once I put it on.

于是yúshì我wǒ决定juédìng申请shēnqǐng退货tuìhuò，就jiù给gěi客服kèfú发fā了le一条yì tiáo消息xiāoxi。

So I decided to apply for a return, and sent a message to customer service.

客服kèfú回复huífù得de很hěn快kuài，让ràng我wǒ把bǎ大衣dàyī重新chóngxīn包bāo好hǎo，寄jì回huí去qù。

Customer service replied very quickly, telling me to wrap the coat up again and mail it back.

虽然suīrán寄jì快递kuàidì要yào花huā一点yìdiǎn时间shíjiān，但是dànshì整个zhěnge过程guòchéng并bìng不bù麻烦máfan。

Although mailing the courier took a little time, the whole process wasn't troublesome at all.

三天sān tiān以后yǐhòu，钱qián就jiù退tuì回huí到dào我wǒ的de账户zhànghù里lǐ了le。

Three days later, the money was refunded to my account.

这zhè次cì经历jīnglì让ràng我wǒ明白míngbai了le，网上wǎngshàng买mǎi衣服yīfu以前yǐqián，最好zuìhǎo先xiān看kàn清楚qīngchu尺码chǐmǎ表biǎo。

This experience taught me that before buying clothes online, it's best to look at the size chart clearly first.
