What is the difference between 哪 and 几?
Both go before a measure word. 哪 asks which one: 你要哪个？ 哪天？ 几 asks how many and expects a small number, usually under ten: 你有几个孩子？ 几点了？ For bigger or unknown amounts use 多少: 多少钱？ 你们学校有多少学生？
