才 + time period(only; not until — something is less than expected)

才 before a time expression emphasizes that only that much time had passed, showing it felt quick.

才过了两个小时,火车真的到了。— Only two hours had passed, and the train had really arrived.
V + 得 + adjective(complement describing how an action turned out)

来得正好 uses 得 to attach a description of the result — arriving right on time.
