星期天xīngqītiān，朋友péngyou小张Xiǎo Zhāng带dài我wǒ去qù了le一家yì jiā很hěn老lǎo的de茶馆cháguǎn。

On Sunday, my friend Xiao Zhang took me to a very old teahouse.

他tā的de爷爷yéye常常chángcháng在zài那里nàlǐ喝hē茶chá，爷爷yéye说shuō：“在zài中国Zhōngguó，喝hē茶chá不bù只zhǐ是shì喝hē水shuǐ，也yě是shì一种yì zhǒng文化wénhuà。”

His grandpa often drinks tea there. Grandpa said, "In China, drinking tea is not just drinking water — it is also a culture."

中国Zhōngguó茶chá有yǒu很hěn多duō种zhǒng，绿茶lǜchá、红茶hóngchá都dōu很hěn有名yǒumíng。

There are many kinds of Chinese tea; green tea and black tea are both very famous.

爷爷yéye教jiāo我wǒ倒dào茶chá：给gěi客人kèrén倒dào茶chá的de时候shíhou，不要búyào倒dào得de太tài满mǎn。

Grandpa taught me how to pour tea: when pouring tea for a guest, don't fill the cup too full.

他tā笑xiào着zhe说shuō：“杯子bēizi太tài满mǎn，客人kèrén就jiù不bù好hǎo拿ná了le。”

He said with a smile, "If the cup is too full, it becomes hard for the guest to pick up."

我们wǒmen一边yìbiān喝hē茶chá，一边yìbiān听tīng爷爷yéye讲jiǎng过去guòqù的de事shì，一个yí ge下午xiàwǔ很hěn快kuài就jiù过去guòqù了le。

We drank tea while listening to Grandpa's stories about the past, and the whole afternoon slipped by quickly.

第一dì yī杯bēi茶chá有点儿yǒudiǎnr热rè，我wǒ喝hē得de很hěn慢màn，但是dànshì越yuè喝hē越yuè觉得juéde好喝hǎohē。

The first cup of tea was a little hot, so I drank it slowly — but the more I drank, the better it tasted.

回家huíjiā的de时候shíhou，爷爷yéye送sòng了le我wǒ一点儿yìdiǎnr茶chá，还hái说shuō：“茶馆cháguǎn的de门mén天天tiāntiān开kāi着zhe，欢迎huānyíng你nǐ常cháng来lái！”

When I was leaving, Grandpa gave me a little tea and said, "The teahouse door is open every day — you're welcome to come often!"
