电子邮件 Writing an Email in Chinese

今天jīntiān早上zǎoshang，我wǒ收到shōudào一个yí ge电子邮件diànzǐ yóujiàn，是shì经理jīnglǐ写xiě的de。

This morning, I received an email; it was written by my manager.

电子邮件diànzǐ yóujiàn里lǐ说shuō，今天jīntiān下午xiàwǔ五点wǔ diǎn以前yǐqián要yào把bǎ计划jìhuà发fā给gěi他tā。

The email said that I needed to send him the plan before five o'clock this afternoon.

我wǒ看kàn了le看kàn时间shíjiān，只有zhǐyǒu三个sān ge小时xiǎoshí了le，有点儿yǒudiǎnr着急zháojí。

I checked the time; there were only three hours left, and I felt a little anxious.

我wǒ马上mǎshàng开始kāishǐ写xiě计划jìhuà，一边yìbiān写xiě一边yìbiān检查jiǎnchá。

I immediately started writing the plan, checking it as I went.

写xiě完wán以后yǐhòu，我wǒ又yòu看kàn了le一遍yí biàn，没有méiyǒu发现fāxiàn错误cuòwù。

After I finished writing, I read it over once more and found no mistakes.

四点半sì diǎn bàn，我wǒ把bǎ计划jìhuà发fā给gěi了le经理jīnglǐ。

At four thirty, I sent the plan to my manager.

五分钟wǔ fēnzhōng以后yǐhòu，经理jīnglǐ给gěi我wǒ发fā来lái一条yì tiáo消息xiāoxi：“谢谢xièxie你nǐ，写xiě得de很hěn好hǎo！”

Five minutes later, my manager sent me a message: 'Thank you, this is written very well!'

我wǒ终于zhōngyú放心fàngxīn了le，心里xīnli很hěn开心kāixīn。

I finally felt relieved, and I was very happy inside.
