开会 In a Meeting in Chinese

今天jīntiān上午shàngwǔ九点jiǔ diǎn，公司gōngsī有yǒu一个yí ge重要zhòngyào的de会议huìyì。

At nine o'clock this morning, the company had an important meeting.

我wǒ早上zǎoshang很hěn早zǎo就jiù到dào了le公司gōngsī，准备zhǔnbèi开会kāihuì用yòng的de东西dōngxi。

I got to the company very early to prepare things for the meeting.

会议huìyì开始kāishǐ的时候de shíhou，小王Xiǎo Wáng还hái没有méiyǒu来lái，经理jīnglǐ有点儿yǒudiǎnr不bù高兴gāoxìng。

When the meeting started, Xiao Wang hadn't arrived yet, and the manager was a little unhappy.

过了guò le十分钟shí fēnzhōng，小王Xiǎo Wáng才cái跑pǎo进来jìnlái，一边yìbiān说shuō对不起duìbuqǐ，一边yìbiān坐下zuòxià。

Ten minutes later, Xiao Wang finally ran in, saying sorry while sitting down.

我们wǒmen在zài会上huì shang讨论tǎolùn了le下个月xià ge yuè的de工作gōngzuò计划jìhuà。

We discussed next month's work plan at the meeting.

经理jīnglǐ说shuō，这个zhè ge计划jìhuà很hěn重要zhòngyào，希望xīwàng大家dàjiā都dōu努力nǔlì做好zuòhǎo。

The manager said this plan was important, and hoped everyone would work hard to do it well.

开完会kāiwán huì以后yǐhòu，我们wǒmen都dōu觉得juéde这次zhè cì会议huìyì很hěn有用yǒuyòng。
