如今rújīn,出国chūguó留学liúxué已经yǐjīng不是bú shì什么shénme新鲜xīnxiān事shì,每年měi nián都dōu有yǒu几十万jǐshí wàn学生xuésheng去qù国外guówài读书dúshū。

Nowadays, studying abroad is nothing new — every year hundreds of thousands of students go overseas to study.

留学liúxué的de好处hǎochu很hěn明显míngxiǎn:可以kěyǐ提高tígāo外语wàiyǔ水平shuǐpíng,了解liǎojiě不同bùtóng的de文化wénhuà,还hái能néng锻炼duànliàn独立dúlì生活shēnghuó的de能力nénglì。

The benefits of studying abroad are obvious: you can improve your foreign language, learn about different cultures, and train your ability to live independently.

一个yí gè人rén在zài国外guówài,什么shénme事情shìqing都dōu要yào自己zìjǐ处理chǔlǐ,这zhè让ràng很多hěn duō留学生liúxuéshēng变得biàn de更加gèngjiā成熟chéngshú。

Alone in a foreign country, you have to handle everything yourself, which makes many overseas students become more mature.

但是dànshì,留学liúxué也yě有yǒu失去shīqù的de一面yí miàn。

But studying abroad also has a side of loss.

首先shǒuxiān,留学liúxué的de费用fèiyòng很hěn高gāo,可能kěnéng要yào花掉huādiào父母fùmǔ多年duō nián存cún下来xiàlái的de钱qián。

First, studying abroad is very expensive and may use up money that parents have saved over many years.

其次qícì,留学生liúxuéshēng远离yuǎnlí家人jiārén,节日jiérì的de时候shíhou常常chángcháng特别tèbié想家xiǎngjiā。

Second, overseas students are far from their families and often feel especially homesick during the holidays.

另外lìngwài,有些yǒuxiē人rén毕业bìyè以后yǐhòu既jì不bù了解liǎojiě国内guónèi的de情况qíngkuàng,又yòu不能bù néng完全wánquán进入jìnrù国外guówài的de社会shèhuì,感觉gǎnjué自己zìjǐ站zhàn在zài两liǎng种zhǒng文化wénhuà中间zhōngjiān。

In addition, after graduating, some people neither understand the situation back home nor can fully enter the foreign society, feeling that they stand between two cultures.

因此yīncǐ,要不要yào bu yào出国chūguó留学liúxué,应该yīnggāi根据gēnjù自己zìjǐ的de情况qíngkuàng来lái决定juédìng,不能bù néng只zhǐ看kàn别人biéren怎么zěnme做zuò。
