美食纪录片 A Food Documentary

上个shàng ge周末zhōumò，我wǒ看kàn了le一yí部bù美食měishí纪录片jìlùpiàn，里面lǐmiàn有yǒu一yí个ge镜头jìngtóu让ràng我wǒ特别tèbié难忘nánwàng。

Last weekend I watched a food documentary, and there was one shot in it that left me especially unforgettable.

镜头jìngtóu里li，云南Yúnnán的de一yí位wèi奶奶nǎinai清晨qīngchén四sì点diǎn就jiù起床qǐchuáng，一yí个ge人rén在zài厨房chúfáng里li磨mó米mǐ。

In the shot, a grandmother in Yunnan gets up at four in the morning and grinds rice alone in the kitchen.

她tā说shuō，磨mó米mǐ这个zhège动作dòngzuò，她tā已经yǐjīng做zuò了le四十sìshí多duō年nián，从来cónglái没有méiyǒu停tíng过guò。

She said she has been grinding rice like this for more than forty years and has never once stopped.

磨好móhǎo的de米mǐ要yào发酵fājiào一yí夜yè，第二天dì-èr tiān中午zhōngwǔ才cái能néng做成zuòchéng一yì碗wǎn热腾腾rètēngténg的de米线mǐxiàn。

The ground rice needs to ferment overnight; only at noon the next day can it be made into a bowl of steaming-hot rice noodles.

导演dǎoyǎn没有méiyǒu采访cǎifǎng大厨dàchú，也yě没有méiyǒu比赛bǐsài，镜头jìngtóu里li只有zhǐyǒu普通人pǔtōngrén做饭zuòfàn的de样子yàngzi。

The director did not interview any master chefs, and there was no competition — the camera only showed ordinary people cooking.

可是kěshì我wǒ看kàn得de非常fēicháng感动gǎndòng，因为yīnwèi每měi一yí个ge简单jiǎndān的de动作dòngzuò背后bèihòu，都dōu是shì几十jǐshí年nián的de坚持jiānchí。

But I was deeply moved, because behind every simple movement was decades of persistence.

好hǎo的de美食měishí纪录片jìlùpiàn，拍pāi的de其实qíshí不bù只zhǐ是shì菜cài，而ér是shì做菜zuòcài的de人rén和hé他们tāmen的de生活shēnghuó。

A good food documentary is actually filming not just the dishes, but the people who cook and their lives.

看完kànwán以后yǐhòu，我wǒ给gěi妈妈māma打dǎ了le个ge电话diànhuà，问wèn她tā做饭zuòfàn的时候de shíhou在zài想xiǎng什么shénme。

After I finished watching, I called my mom and asked what she thinks about while cooking.

她tā笑着xiàozhe说shuō：“想xiǎng让ràng你们nǐmen吃chī得de开心kāixīn，这zhè就jiù够了gòu le。”

She said with a smile: "I just want you all to eat happily — that's enough."
